Town Hall for Arabic Speaking Albertans

CLOSED: This discussion has concluded.

AIMGA and Alberta Health Services invited Arabic speaking Albertans to a Town Hall to learn more about the COVID-19 vaccines. The event was hosted by Sam Namoura, of the Calgary Immigrant Support Society. Panelists included Dr. Michael Zachary, AHS Medical Officer of Health, Marian Atia, an AIMGA volunteer and foreign trained physician, Shenuoda Soliman, Priest of Saint Mina Coptic Orthodox Church (Calgary), and Islamic scholar, Shaykh Abdul Sattar, Al-Falah Society.

A recording of that session is now available.

So many great questions were asked that Dr. Michael Zakhary participated in a follow up conversation. You can watch that conversation here.
